Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors. Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as break rooms and lobbies - Perform floor care duties, including buffing and waxing floors - Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel - Follow all safety protocols and procedures Experience: - Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred - Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques - Familiarity with floor care equipment, such as buffers and carpet cleaners - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
